Hi everyone! I am the owner of a UGC agency, and we are hiring several creators to produce 60 short-form videos per month for a fast-growing sports recruiting app. The app helps youth, high school and college athletes build clean recruiting profiles, upload highlights, track stats, and connect more easily with college coaches. The content you’ll be making is simple, repeatable, and doesn’t require complicated filming setups: mostly face-cam videos, POV concepts, and other simple videos that we will provide you instruction on. You do not need to be an athlete to apply, but if you are, that’s a bonus.

This is consistent monthly work. You’ll be posting 3 videos per day, 5 days a week (we batch these so it’s not stressful), following a clear content structure that will be provided to you. The topics are things like athlete tips, recruiting advice, etc. We will give you scripts, angles, and frameworks so you never need to come up with ideas from scratch. Pay range is $400–$600/month (NOT including view bonuses) depending on experience and quality.
