Hi! I’m hiring 1–2 experienced UGC creators for my skincare brand.

Who I’m looking for (please read carefully):
Women 35–55 who:

Have used Botox, are currently using it, or have considered it but chose alternative solutions

Have excellent, visibly healthy skin

Are EXPERIENCED UGC creators – I am not looking for beginners

Can show proof of previous strong ads (examples + any performance/results)

I need creators who already understand hooks, angles, pacing, lighting, and performance-focused storytelling. If you’re just getting started with UGC, please don’t apply.

What you’ll do:

Create 1 ad per week to start

If performance is good, we’ll increase volume together

You’ll get briefs and angles, and we can collaborate on ideas

Compensation:

$200 flat rate per ad

+ $300 bonus if the ad performs well (based on agreed KPIs)

Rates can be discussed for top-tier creators

This is for a skincare brand focused on non-invasive anti-aging solutions for women.
